CRANE INTELLIGENCE provides professional-grade crane valuation, market analysis, and fleet optimization services. Our platform includes:

• Advanced crane valuation engine
• Market comparables and trend analysis
• Fleet optimization recommendations
• Real-time market data and insights
• API access for enterprise customers

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription Tiers

• Basic Plan: $999/month - Basic valuation and market comparables
• Professional Plan: $1,999/month - Advanced features and API access
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing - Full platform access and dedicated support

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payment is due in advance of each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

You agree not to use the Service to:

You retain ownership of any data you provide to us, and we will not use your data for purposes other than providing the Service unless you explicitly consent.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Sending you an email notification
• Displaying a notice on the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
